Emergencies and planned work
Emergencies. If you are locked out or have had a break-in, calling is the fastest option. You speak to the locksmith directly; after a few short questions you hear the rate and expected arrival time before anyone sets off. If immediate attendance is not possible, you are told straight away. More information: locked out, what to do.
Planned work. For cylinder or lock replacement and burglary prevention advice, send a WhatsApp message with a photo of the lock, preferably of the outside and the edge of the door. Based on that you receive a price indication and an appointment is scheduled.
Information required
- The address, including the floor and any shared entrance or gallery door.
- The situation: door slammed shut or locked, broken key, faulty lock or break-in damage.
- Valid ID or proof of residence, to be shown no later than once the door is open.
Rates
An emergency lockout costs from €89 during the day, from €119 in the evening and from €149 at night. The price is always agreed in advance. If the door cannot be opened, no charge is made. The full explanation is on what does a locksmith cost.
